Bill Kohler stepped out his front door and walked down the ramp that was built for Ayden, back when cancer took away the boy’s ability to walk. Kohler can’t bring himself to remove that ramp.
It was Monday, three days before the anniversary of his son’s death. Kohler wore a white dress shirt, black tie and black suit — unusual for him.
